Stuart’s 30-plus years in the financial services industry span financial, operational, and regulatory roles at broker-dealers and regulatory agencies; he joined CRC Oyster in 2023.
Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of TMC Bonds LLC – overseeing financial and regulatory reporting, accounting, human resources, credit, billing, and treasury – while concurrently serving as Principal Operating Officer at its affiliate ICE Securities Execution & Clearing, LLC, where he managed clearing and operations functions. Earlier, Stuart served as Chief Operating Officer at Knight Libertas and held examiner roles at both the NYSE and FINRA.
