Pete has spent over 30 years in senior leadership at Fortune 500 companies in financial services and international quality manufacturing, with the past 20 years focused on brokerage, clearing, compliance, and retail banking.
With the firm since 2013, he has built a career leading complex organizational integrations, change management initiatives, regulatory responses and remediations, PMO governance, and clearing vendor evaluations, and managing SEC exam response and remediation initiatives for a top-five broker-dealer and RIA. Pete is equally skilled at the strategic and the interpersonal, known for building strong, trusted relationships across all levels of complex organizations and bringing clarity and structure to the most demanding programs. Before consulting, he served as Director of Branch Operations at Capital One Financial, Senior Project Manager and PMO Lead at Wachovia Securities, and Corporate Director of Quality Services at Universal Corporation.
Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of William and Mary; holds the Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), and Certified Change Management Practitioner (Prosci) designations; and completed executive programs at the Darden School of the University of Virginia.
