Olga Rip

Olga’s expertise runs deep in regulatory reporting, net capital compliance, and financial operations, built across the self-clearing and introducing broker-dealer industry.

Before joining the firm in 2023, she served as CFO, Treasurer, and FINOP for Truist Investment Services and Truist Advisory Services – and previously as FINOP for BB&T Securities – where she led regulatory financial reporting, managed 15c3-1 net capital compliance and 15c3-3 reserve computations, oversaw annual audits and audited financial statement preparation, and served as the primary contact for regulatory financial examinations. Her work has also encompassed general ledger management, month-end close, process automation, and active participation in large-scale mergers, consolidations, and system upgrades.

Olga holds a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems from Strayer University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and maintains a Series 27 (Financial and Operations Principal) license.
