About CRC Oyster

Molly Bryson

Over the course of 25 years in financial services, Molly has built her work around client service and operational problem-solving, which now anchors her business development role.

Prior to joining the firm, she was Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services at First Clearing Correspondent Services, an affiliate of Wells Fargo & Company, where she was selected to build and lead a team of relationship managers serving as liaisons between correspondent firms and clearing operations, evaluating clients’ operating environments and recommending changes to support their growth and retention. Earlier, she held vice president roles at Wachovia Securities across relationship management, corporate support, and marketing, and at Mentor Investment Group managed an internal resource division and shareholder services call center while overseeing the mutual fund subsidiary’s vendor relationships. Her broader experience includes process analysis and design, conflict resolution, project management, and training.

Molly holds the Series 6 and 63 registrations, which are typically inactive but may be activated when appropriate to perform interim functions for clients. She completed the Wheat First Union and Virginia Commonwealth University Executive Development Program, the Investment Company Institute’s Retirement Plans training, and the Investors Savings Bank Management Training Program, and holds a certificate from the American Institute of Banking.
