Jay’s career spans executive leadership, financial advisory, and hands-on operational roles at both clearing and introducing firms.
Since joining in 2020, he has led and contributed to a wide range of complex initiatives, including system conversions, data center relocations, acquisition due diligence and integrations, correspondent conversions, and process re-engineering. Jay has served as Chief Operating Officer at Capitol Securities Management and Anderson & Strudwick, Managing Director at Clearview Correspondent Services, and Director of Operations for Independent Brokerage at Wachovia Securities, a breadth of experience that gives him an unusually well-rounded view of how both introducing and clearing firms operate. Throughout his career, he has guided firms through platform integrations, recruiting and expansion initiatives, client segmentation strategy, and correspondent client conversions, consistently delivering smooth transitions and measurable results.
Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, maintains Series 7, 24, 53, 63, 65, 99, and SIE securities licenses, and holds Life, Annuities, and Health Insurance licenses.
