Gena brings more than 30 years of experience in leadership, organizational alignment, and client service to her business development role. Her background spans strategic planning, fiscal management, change management, project management, and training, and as a member of several leadership teams she has participated in merger due diligence and led working groups through multiple transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a Practice Director and Leadership Team member at Rubicon International, where she managed a team of consultants supporting more than 700 clients and marketed software and professional development services nationally. Before that, she served as Director of Corporate Services and Senior Manager of Corporate Support at Wachovia Securities, now Wells Fargo Advisors, where she built executive and firm-wide onboarding programs, created mentoring and coaching programs, and delivered training on both industry topics and professional skills.
Gena studied general business at Portland State University. She completed the Wachovia Securities Executive Leadership Program and the Securities Industry Institute program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
