David joined the firm in 2019 with more than 40 years of financial services industry experience and serves on the CRC Oyster Executive Leadership Team.
Prior to CRC’s acquisition of Oyster Consulting, he held a senior leadership role at Oyster, leading the firm’s growth strategy and working with broker-dealers and RIAs on solutions spanning current state assessments, future operating model design, clearing and platform evaluations, and succession planning. His career has encompassed executive roles across sales, operations, onboarding, and platform conversions at large retail brokerage firms, independent firms, and banks, along with extensive knowledge of major clearing and custody platforms across both self-clearing and fully disclosed models. Over four decades, David has built trusted relationships throughout the industry that continue to inform his work with clients on vendor assessment, mergers and acquisitions, and growth initiatives.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology, completed the Securities Industry Institute Program at the Wharton School, and maintains Series 7, 8, 24, and 63 securities licenses.
