Cindy brings 37 years of financial services experience spanning project and relationship management, AML and Enhanced Due Diligence processes, broker-dealer merger support, and office expansion and recruiting; she joined the firm in 2018.
She began her career at Wheat First Securities in 1986 and built a distinguished career at Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo Advisors, holding Vice President roles across national corporate expansion, merger relationship management, enterprise corporate services, and senior project management, before leading financial advisor recruiting and transition efforts across Wells Fargo Advisors’ multiple distribution channels. At CRC Oyster, Cindy applies hands-on expertise in EDD risk screenings and high-risk client transactional reviews, cross-functional project management, communications review, outside business activity review, regulatory client mailings, and process re-engineering across a wide range of operational and compliance functions.
Cindy holds a Master of Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University, and maintains Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
