Bill brings nearly four decades of executive and management experience in brokerage operations and correspondent clearing to the firm, which he joined in 2020.
He began his career at Wheat First Securities, working across all facets of brokerage operations before being appointed Managing Director of Operations at First Clearing, the clearing subsidiary of Wachovia Securities, where he led operations across mutual funds, alternative investments, IRAs, annuities, and money markets and played a central role in numerous broker-dealer, bank, and independent firm mergers – among them what was then the industry’s largest retail firm conversion, Prudential Securities into First Union Securities. He later served as Vice President at Folio Investing, heading brokerage operations, relationship management, and customer service for both retail and institutional clients. Today, Bill works with major platform providers and brokerage firms on strategic initiatives spanning clearing decisions, platform assessments, correspondent conversions, and new business development.
Bill holds a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, completed the Securities Industry Institute Program at the Wharton School, and maintains Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and SIE securities licenses.
