Andreana’s regulatory perspective was shaped on both sides of the examination process, and she brings a professionalism and versatility that make her an invaluable resource to everyone she works with.
She began her career at the SEC’s Division of Examinations, working alongside examiners to protect investors and ensure compliance with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, then served as an examiner in both Georgia and the District of Columbia, conducting registered investment adviser examinations under each jurisdiction’s securities laws and regulations. Before joining CRC Oyster in 2023, she served as a Private Fund Consultant at RIA-in-a-Box, specializing in compliance support for private fund advisers. Andreana applies hands-on expertise in compliance program management, annual reviews, mock audits, marketing materials review, regulatory filings, and disclosure document drafting, handling whatever is asked of her with the same care and precision.
Andreana holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia.
