With the firm since 2016, she brings more than 19 years of legal and compliance experience to a practice in which she leads a team of professionals advising clients across the full spectrum of ongoing regulatory matters: policies and procedures reviews, Code of Ethics testing, investment adviser registration, SEC examinations, regulatory filings, forensic testing, best execution reviews, gap analyses, and Rule 206(4)-7 annual reviews. A United States Navy veteran, she served a tour of duty in Baghdad, Iraq, where she was responsible for the analysis and dissemination of intelligence information, a discipline that still shapes the rigor and composure she brings to her work.
