Joseph co-founded CRC with Mitch Avnet in 2013 and focuses on partner relationships, day-to-day financial management, and the firm’s strategic and growth initiatives.
He brings the perspective of an owner, investor, and operator, having founded, financed, and scaled multiple staffing and executive search firms, with several recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts and the Inc. 5000 among the fastest-growing in their industry. He has completed acquisitions and divestitures on both sides of the table; the summation of that operating experience informs how CRC Oyster is run, from partnerships and talent to the firm’s financial and strategic direction. Alongside his work at CRC Oyster, Joe advises companies on accessing capital, structuring their businesses, and building toward shareholder value, and serves on the boards of several community organizations.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
