A compliance professional defined by thoroughness and intellectual rigor, he joined CRC Oyster in 2021 and brings a depth and precision that clients and colleagues have come to depend on. His legal training gives him an analyst’s discipline, and his versatility makes him effective across the firm’s practice areas. His research expertise, honed on regulatory matters spanning financial services, the not-for-profit sector, and the energy industry, gives him a breadth of perspective few compliance professionals can match. Before CRC Oyster, he supported the compliance program of a dual-registered broker-dealer and investment adviser, experience that keeps his analysis grounded in how firms actually operate.
Clint holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Asbury College and a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law.
