Chris Paolino

Christopher is a seasoned broker-dealer regulatory specialist with over 30 years of experience and uncommon depth in Net Capital (SEA Rule 15c3-1) and Customer Protection (SEA Rule 15c3-3).

Before joining CRC Oyster in 2024, he served as Managing Director and FINOP at Guggenheim Securities for 14 years, implementing processes and controls in connection with the firm’s self-clearing business and providing detailed regulatory capital and liquidity analysis across Investment Banking, Repo, Trading, Fixed Income Syndicate, Equity Capital Markets, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Risk. Earlier, Christopher spent approximately 15 years at Goldman Sachs as a Vice President, managing teams responsible for Net Capital and Customer Reserve Formula calculations within Goldman’s Global Control Department and helping establish a firm-wide liquidity reporting system across all Goldman Sachs affiliates. He began his career at Salomon Brothers as an Accountant in the Financial Futures Control Department.

Christopher holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and maintains Series 27 and 99 securities licenses.
